The Opportunity:

This role is more than just coding. We need a software developer intern who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. Using a variety of languages, rapid prototyping, and Agilesoftware development, you'll work with the development team to develop and deploysoftware for both internal and client-facing projects across a variety of technologies and platforms. You'll analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers thecurrentarchitecture and operating environment and future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

• Experience with programming languages, including .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python in a professional, academic, or internship work environment

• Knowledge ofsoftware development best practices

• Ability to learn new languages and frameworks

• Ability to work in groups

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field by Winter 2024 or Spring 2025

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Agile development

• Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts

• Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
