TheFinancial Reporting and Systems Administrator (OneStream) will assist theSr. Manager, Consolidation and Accountingby overseeing the administration and day-to-day support of theOneStream applicationand other corporate financial systems. This role is integral to theCorporate Finance Systems and Transformation Teamand involves close collaboration with various members of the finance and accounting organization across the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all aspects of OneStream including, but not limited to, business hierarchies, rules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting views/packages
  • Supporting OneStream implementations across different strategic workflows - FP&A, External Reporting, Corporate Accounting, Tax Provisioning and Management Reporting
  • Develop and maintain various reporting solutions (OneStream XF Cube Views and Excel Add-in) as needed by Accounting and Finance teams
  • Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms and perform training and end-user education of the system functionality, as needed
  • Manage the request and approval process over metadata intake and execute changes into OneStream XF cubes
  • Analyze reports to confirm thequality and accuracy ofdata
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the OneStream system.
  • Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) from source systems (Oracle, JDE, etc.) in OneStream XF
  • Provide internal control governance (including SOX requirements), documentation and coordination with internal and external auditors as it relates to system access and change management
  • Provide support for users and maintain system protocols in troubleshooting data validation, access, and reporting issues
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • 5+years of proven experience in financial systemadministration/implementation and report management, specifically in OneStream, along with a strong backgroundin accounting and finance
  • Knowledge of core financial and wider enterprise performance management processes (accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, performance reporting, analytics)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to provide working system prototypes and complex scenario modeling
  • Detail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, and creative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
