The Ultra Engineering function manages a portfolio of specialist capabilities, generating highly differentiated solutions and products by applying electronic, mechanical, and software technologies in demanding and critical environments to meet customer needs.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.

Job Description

The Electrical and Electronic engineering function in Ultra supports the hardware development lifecycle consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, test and verification in order to deliver electronic or electrical components and subassemblies into projects and products.

A professional at this grade is learning about engineering and business concepts. They are expected to report to work during normal business hours, complete tasks in a timely fashion, and ask questions when they don't know how to proceed.

An intern is expected to work on real engineering projects. Work will be tailored to a student level to ensure that the intern can be successful with adequate effort.

Required Skills:

  • In process or completed obtaining a BS Degree in EE Engineering or similar technical degree
  • Ability to obtain aUS Government security clearance.Security clearances are granted to U.S. citizens.
