Qualified applicants will have:
'Minimum 5 years experience in corporate relations, fundraising from corporations, sales or business development. 'Experience in supervision of multiple staff. 'Demonstrated skills in effective one-on-one and group communications and working with all levels of individuals. 'Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 'Demonstrated ability to accomplish results through strong volunteer recruitment and management. 'Proven track record in meeting sales/fundraising goals. 'Highly effective organization, multi-tasking, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 'Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment. Local travel required.
